Elizabeth to Abigail

Here is Elizabeth's reply to Abigail

My Dearest Cousin,
I hope that this letter finds you with a fixed couch. My Papa and I are doing quite well. Papa's health has gotten better but today persistent Prince John came twelve times. I would appreciate it if you came for then you could send of all the suitors. Perhaps, one of them will fall deeply in love with you.

Why would a highway man come in, take nothing and only hurt your sofa? Perhaps he thought there were jewels in it. You should investigate. Only yesterday I found a casket of sapphires in a secret doorway. This new castle has many secret passages and hideouts.

I hope that you can come to my humble abode on the 13th of May. I hope the travel will not hurt you health. Many courteous greetings to you!
                  Sincerely,
Elizabeth

Sorry

I am sorry for not having put up a post in a long time. Well most people don't visit this blog anyway so I guess I am just talking to my self. Well I shall write a letter to someone in the middle ages

Dear Elizabeth,
My dear friend, many courteous greeting to you. I hope this letter finds you in good health. My family and I are doing quite well though a highway man broke into our house two days ago. He took nothing but stabbed Mama's favorite couch.

Your last letter most concerned me. With many suitors you must be busy trying to keep them away. How can you then worry about your poor sick Papa? Perhaps it would be helpful for me to come visit you. I could keep away all the suitors and also help attend your papa. If you like the idea write back instantly for I do hate the idea of you all alone with a sick father and empty headed Knights, Lords and Princes.

I hope your family is well. Send my greetings to all of them.
                                                                        Sincerly,
                                                                               Abigail

Post Script: Say hello to Fluffy!

Heres to those special people

Heres to those special people who make life special. Who share the weight of your sadness, and build the base of your happiness. Here is to those certain people who make you look forward to a phone call or email or letter. Heres to the people who seemed determined to make your life special. Heres to my cousins. The people who make everything fun. The people that are some of my closest friends and my favorite dancers. Heres to the Aunts and Uncles who do so much. Heres to the friends of my life. Those little pictures on the wall that are first not noticed but later you realize the wall would be empty without. Those special people are like books in a book case. Filling me with knowledge and love. Heres to my family. The people who make my life so special. The people, that are always there. So heres to the people, who fill each and every cranny in my heart, each and every room with love. Heres to those special people.

Passion

Here is to someone who wants to follow her passion.

A feeble attempt I make
for whoever sake.
to describe
to everyone far and wide
about somebody dear

Her poems are okay
though I've only heard one she's made
Her passion she hides
on something she wants to ride
and I am fine with that

I have heard of a post
Fire, Air, and Water she hosts
In her heart
She carries a dart
for cupid has shot her down

The story goes
that whatever her eyes shows
when she wakes up she'll love
but a problem with that flys like a dove
for we have not been around horses for a long time

But whatever she does
she will have her sisters love
We all support you
against it there is a very few
So follow you passion MJ, We all support you.

MJ, we all support you and as clishe this sounds we want you to follow your dream.

White Pass

This year for my birthday I wanted to do something really new. I asked Mom and Dad to take me skiing. It was one of the happiest times of my life. So here is an account of my birthday.

I woke up at six on friday morning. At seven we finally left for a two and a half hour drive to White Pass. We listened to the radio for a long time. I tried to do a math lesson which failed. Finally we got there. At about 10:30 We were out on the snow with skis, ski poles, and ski boots. Mom and Dad took me up the bunny hill. It wasn't a chair lift that took us up but a paddle pull. A round disk goes between your legs and pulls you up. At the top I looked down the hill nervously. It looked a lot steeper from the top than the bottom. But Mom and Dad helped me down. I fell twice on the small bunny hill. We went up again but then went a across the top to a chair lift. It was scary getting on the chair lift but after we were on it was blissfully peaceful. I was pretty scared getting off but I made it fine. I looked down this bigger hill. it was pretty scary. 45 minuets later I was at the bottom. Then I took a class. The man was really nice and it was fun because there was only two of us.  The man was really encouraging and said I needed to work there when I was 18. He also said I was really good. After the class we had lunch. The next 3 hours were spent doing 11 slopes. It was really really fun and not a day passes that I do not wish I was on a ski slope.
